The McDonald's in Port St John make their own rules. I don't understand it one night they'll have ice cream and then the next night you go to the same time and no ice cream and no iced coffee or anything like that. I don't know what their problem is they didn't have ice cream or they said at certain times of night that their ice cream machine was down it was an entire year over that. I just haven't had a really good time there. The staff seems to not be happy, they one time would not add something to my order because we were at the second window already and they told us we would have to go all the way back around and wait in a very long line. Well I used to work at McDonald's on and off around 18 years and if somebody wanted to ask something to an order it didn't matter what window you at you would add it to the order. I just have a have had bad experiences at this one

Vacation Sales

This location is the worst. The Saturday night manager Emily and Dillian have no education or customer service skills. The cheeseburgers were hard as a rock and not edible. The manager was rude and not helpful. She did not care at all that the food was bad and refused to give me a refund. She should not be a manager. Hire someone who can do their job properly and make sure the establishment is running correctly.

What an absolute failure of a McDonald’s, this place used to be the best McDonald’s for 100 miles, this McDonald’s now has had multiple instances where they get my food wrong ins the 6 times I’ve been here they have messed up my order 5 times, the most recent time tonight I came in around 9:50 and sat at the order window for well over 25 minutes after being told I would have my order taken shortly. I called out to the person working at the time that had told me that 4 times within those 25 minutes before leaving and still not getting serviced. Not only this, they aren’t even open 24hrs a day like they say on their website, this is a blatant lie and they do not serve food after around 11:30 pm. THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALDS that I have ever been to hands down, I can’t believe that it has gone down so much since Covid started to be in this pitiful of a state.

This is an update as I last went to this location 3 months ago. Today I asked for made to order which means to make everything fresh right then. I got cold burger and so much Mac sauce everything fell apart. All cheese slices were stuck together and just thrown on there. Smfh this is just freaking bonkers. 3months ago 2nd night in a row going to this location. Yesterday my 2c quarter pounder with NO onions, did in fact have onions. Fries were fresh because I asked for no salt. Tonight my big Mac is cold everything. Patties not even Luke warm. Asked for fresh fries. My extra order of small fries were fresh but the medium fries with my meal were oily and old and dry. My nuggets were also old and barely hot. Only thing good on my order tonight was the sprite smfh would give 0 starts if I could
