Said online they were open till 11pm they lied. Drove all the way out there. Waste of time. Even hours on the door say 11pm. If I could give it zero stars I would. THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY GAS AND TIME!

I paid out of pocket as I am waiting on new insurance. My son had a five minute visit. I was told he could go back to school as soon as we wanted so I waited a day and then sent him back the following day. I got a call from the school to pick him up as he was sick again. I called the next morning to ask a question to the nurse and they wouldn't let me. Just said he needs to be seen again. I said what will they do differently, can I just speak with the nurse and they would not put me on to ask a question. Also it states online they open at 8 am, but i could not get anyone on the phone until 920 am.

Its usually a very short wait if any. Especially for the covid rapid test they usually process them quick you just have to wait for the rapid result. I agree that walking in is usually very quick as they have a great team and they triage well so that things move beyond faster than any other urgent care I've been to.
