I had a pack delivered today and wanted to show my appreciation to the driver. It’s been raining all day and instead of just dropping the package on my front steps (it is partially covered by the roof overhang so it would have been alright) they went the extra step and put it under my carport so that it stayed perfectly dry. Bravo! I just wish there was a email address I could write Fedex so that they know how the driver went above and beyond.

Courteous and helpful staff, but I paid to have an item sent OVERNIGHT, and it didn't arrive. Due to arrive 48 hours later... so why'd I pay so much money to overnight it when I could have sent it via USPS for 1/3 the price?
