I see so many great reviews unfortunately I can’t say I shared such a wonderful experience. No one returns calls. My grant paperwork wasn’t submitted until 2 weeks after they were sent! Which means I may not get my home after all of the work that I’ve done. Closing was scheduled for 20th but because of the delay in timely submitted the grant can cost me and my children a home. Ms Bells response “ oh no”, but then said, it is what it is.
