I frequently go to this location because I do work in Lake Mary so it’s convenient but I may just start going back to the Sanford or Orange City location since those are on my way to work .. tell young lady who took my order was nice & she did everything right on her part, how ever I ordered a large hash brown & it was forgotten; I usually don’t check my bag before leaving - good thing I did this time! The gentleman who was bagging the food had an attitude with the young lady at the window as if it was her fault she forgot the hash brown .. I then drive off and get to work , literally 2/3 lights up the road .. I got to open my biscuit to put my condiments on and the whole biscuit fell apart .. & looked so under cooked .. I am not sure if it was just a “ Friday thing” but it’s not the Chick Fil A experience I am used to ..

Your staff was super friendly but the food i was so disappointed with my chicken was was not hot it was just worm the cheese was not even melt! I took the bread off to put mayo on and it fell apart. My bread tasted stale the mac n cheese some parts was hot and some was worm the top of the cheese was just barely melted i could not call i had a full day of doctors appointment. So i didn't have a chance to call to come plain yesterday i paid 12.42 for my meal yesterday and i was really looking forward to my lunch yesterday you guys are one of my favorite places and your staff was and is always friendly. I attached picture i was at the Lake mary location yesterday on 7/8/22

Tre Dismute

I just left this location and I was very disappointed with what I recieved..I bought dinner for my whole family and this is what I recieved..not only were the fries not filled but they weren't hot either and my sandwich also did not come how I paid for it..I frequent Chick-Fil-A often I'm familiar with their standards and spending $40 for our meal just to receive this especially when it is not busy is not okay.

I made an error on my app.i went to the wrong store. I was really embarrassed. The manager behind the counter was so kind. She called the other store to let them know and remade my order. She was kind and very helpful and didn't make me feel bad. I love this place! God Bless you and the entire team for what you all do.
