Great experience. Fast, knowledgeable and friendly service. I have been by a couple of times for some small things. I dropped by a couple of weeks ago with a problem with my front shifter. One of the repair guys spent a few minutes with me and tweaked a few things. Didn't correct the problem completely but gave me some great info. Didn't charge me anything. And I greatly appreciated it. A couple of days ago I needed some lube, handle bar wrap and a couple of other things. I was looking these up on Amazon but decided to wait and go by your shop to purchase. From now on I will first look to buy local from my friendly neighborhood bike shop

Although the store was doing inventory for the change to TREK the owner opened the door and gave me what I needed, along with a store credit and a TREK T shirt. This type of excellent customer service won my commitment to be a loyal patron. I recommend them highly.
