My bicycle was stolen from my storage facility at 3935 Cypress in Tampa in April 2022. I filed a police report, and a claim with the company, expecting their protection plan to kick in… months of silence followed. I called many times following up, and was told repeatedly that I would get a call back. They never did. My experience is that the protection plan isnt worth the paper it is written on, your stored items will not be secure, and you are better off finding any other storage company.

Re: Prime Storage facility located on Cypress St., Tampa, FL. We rate this facility “0” Worst storage unit we have ever used. Not secure. On a Sunday evening last month, we found a homeless man sleeping next to our storage unit. We reported this to management and INCLUDED PICTURES. No response. We had young children with us. Tried to be quiet & left quickly. VERY DANGEROUS! Moved our belongings out during the day when there was staff in the office. DO NOT RECOMMEND this facility.
