imagine being awake all night. Going crazy to find a storage unit. Find one. And only choose it for the time access. You get to the unit and its locked with someone elses key!!!!!!! Have to wait 2 hours for office to open and “24/7” care says rhey have a 24 time limit to get back to you????!! Mind you I have a ticket for orlando for 10am that I am going to miss now cause of this. How unprofessional. How inconvenient. What a waste of money I’m livid.

Lord knows how stressful moving can be, but the service I received at this location helped ease that stress!!! They we not only extremely helpful and polite but very considerate of my situation and even helped get me a great rate on a unit...saving me money on my move 😁 I would give them 10 stars if I could and recommend them to everyone!!!
