don’t even bother with this place. they have assigned parking for no reason because people will still park in your spot. the floors squeak so bad you can’t even try and be considerate of your neighbor downstairs. just sick of this place in all. i pay $1100 for a 1 bedroom and it’s not even worth it. don’t waste your time or your money.

It was nice when I worked and lived there and it is even nicer now with the changes. The numbers on the building look so nice, the new sign in the front, and the new plants in front of the office are awesome. The community looks amazing. No for real. Way to go WRH.

Let me start out by saying that the place is under new management as of November 2020, so anyone reading this after the fact should take that into account. The new management seemed very professional and capable, but I can't speak to them as I moved out just as they were taking over. This was my first apartment I found, rented, and lived in after college. I'll start out with the good. The location is great. An equally short drive from either Tampa or Lakeland and very close to the highway. Decent food and grocery options close by. A decently spacious apartment, two pools, and a nice car wash area. The staff were always understanding and accomodating. Special thanks to Sherry, who is no longer there. Wherever you are, know that you are appreciated. When things were good, they were great. Now, for the bad. The dryers in the laundry rooms rarely dry even half loads in one go, and the laundry isn't free. The ceilings are thin so you can always hear people above you, and most critically, there was a steady stream of maintenance issues. We had mold come up in our second bedroom several times before the issue was fixed, rendering it useless and making us sick. Pipes leaked in the walls on numerous occasions triggering late night calls from maintenance (excellent, friendly, and helpful people). It got to the point that we never really felt "at home". The staff try their best, but the buildings are simply dated and need updating that goes past the surface level. When we weren't having issues and our upstairs neighbors were quiet, we were happy here. It's more affordable than other places but I'm still not sure it's worth the money. It appears that the new owners have started addressing these things, and the place honestly has potential, but these are issues that should be addressed. With the frequent maintenance issues, we always felt uneasy about leaving or putting things in place and settling in. I hope it gets better here, because it's really a nice little community that could be great if these issues were solved.
