Quiet and considerate community. And conveniently to lots of things. So happy. Only negative so far is no ADA accessible entry doors.

This is a brand new community, The Point at Siena Ridge. I just moved into one of their apartments and firstly, I must mention that the apartments are very beautiful. The community manager Allen Sansing is very Professional, knowledgable and friendly. During my first month here January 2022. my experiences are borderline nightmares, a lot of strange happenings, harassments, extreme noises (very deliberate and unnatural noises) problems with my mail and deliveries in the strangest ways. Although the buildilngs are quite empty, I have inherited the worst tenant above me. I will be updating quite often about my experiences and I hope I will be singing the praises of the Point At Seina Ridge being a great community instead of a horror story.
