Move in was hectic as they gave us paperwork to complete 3 days before the move when they had the ability to send it earlier. Also redundant paperwork as we need to have both paystubs and a letter of employment. Finally the move in email was incorrect and misleading as it says we can pay our deposit of 1st months rent on the portal but you can’t it must be a check or money order. However the apartment is nice and the front desk workers are amazing.

My daughter has lived here almost a year now. These apartments are nice and maintenance comes pretty quick after you call. The girls in the office are absolutely the best!!! Love those girls like they are family!! Take care of those 2 girls you won't be able to replace those 2. They are the best!!!:)🥰

Relocated back to Florida and have officially been on property for a month. I did a blind move into one of the newest remodeled units and absolutely love the aesthetics. The neighborhood is quiet and mostly everyone is mindful and friendly. The location is offset from major noise as well but definitely a lot of traffic in the area. Overall we love it here. Spacious floor plans, good school and just a couple of miles from literally everywhere we normally like to shop and dine. I had very few minor maintenance tickets at move in that were fixed immediately. I would have given 5 stars but honestly the lady I worked with virtually until I got here physically, made it a more stressful experience than need be. Jayvon, got us settled in and has made sure to answer all my questions. I’ve also been waiting on pest control for the full month I’ve been here so far. Lastly, everything in the unit was updated except for the toilets 🤔. So yea….four stars but minor issues that can be fixed.
