We are so excited to move into our new place this June! Let me start with how ah-maxing the tour was with Malik! He was professional and so helpful! As someone who literally toured DOZENS of apartments in the last few weeks, Malik made us feel so confident in the decision to move here! I cannot say enough about how well everything went today! We loved the apartment from the second we saw it and are so forever grateful for this new adventure for us! P.S- EVERYONE in the office is super sweet and kind, and very knowledgeable and helpful. We have 2 young daughters that are a bit of a handful sometimes, and they made us feel at home and not embarrassed about how much energy our girls have lol we are super excited!! Thank you Malik and the staff of Champions Vue!!! Incredible experience!

I’ve been looking for an apartment for months now and I came across with these beautiful apartments. Dalianna helped me and shes a sweetheart. I wish every property had people like Dalianna giving a spectacular customer service! If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would’ve given her thousands for her awesome service.

The community is well maintained with beautiful grounds including swimming pool ,hammocks, fountains and walking paths. The apartments are well equipped with expansive views of the area including Champions Gate. The maintenance team is responsive and do a fine job maintaining the grounds. My wife and I visited multiple properties in the area before deciding on Champions Vue. Our decision was influenced on the beautiful unit but more importantly the people we dealt with before finalizing our lease. Dolly Morales our Leasing Consultant was kind, patient,, professional and easy to work with.She answered all our questions and often went above and beyond. Now that we are residents, we continue to be impressed with her. She has continued to conduct herself in the same manner and is patient and understanding with all the residents we see her interact with. Dolly is why this is a Five Star review!

Currently, I'm 10 months into my lease. Overall, I would say it's a nice place to live. I've enjoyed it. Everyone is really friendly and respectful. The location is nice and I've had a good experience with management and the ladies in the office, they are great! Cons: The dog park is convenient but isn't kept up. I've stopped taking my dog because of the holes and dirt. Some people do not clean up after their pets. Since I've moved in, the gates haven't worked consistently and my contact still hasn't been inputed into the system. Coming home late there will not be any parking. Sometimes the guest from the hotel next door come into the complex to use the amenities.
