It was a good experience, once I signed up to be seen, the nurse call me to get my vital signs before I could fine a seat, about 10 minutes later I was call to be seen and X-rays were taken, the Dr came to see me and left to look at the X-rays, dr came back to tell me nothing broken, he suggested a CT scan to make sure there was no hair fracture. The results were good, he send me home with instructions to follow. I was at the ER for less than 2 hrs

2 bad experiences with the emergency in this hospital: 2 bad experiences with the emergency in this hospital: 40100 US-27, Davenport, FL 33837 400 Celebration Place, Celebration, FL 34747 1st time: 40100 US-27, Davenport, FL 33837 I had an excruciating pain cause by kidney stones. At my arrival to the emergency room, I stated my terrible pain to the Registration and they ignored my request for prompt help since the pain was unbearable and they make me wait more than 3 hours during my pain. I finally gave up and left. 400 Celebration Place, Celebration, FL 34747 Then I went to the other emergency room of the same hospital in Celebration where the same thing happened. Luckily the pain wet away as I was waiting for another 3 hours and I could finally go home and rest without any help from the second emergency room. 2nd Time: 40100 US-27, Davenport, FL 33837 I went to the emergency room for the cold sweats and extreme dizziness and short breath. Again, the registration ignored my request for prompt help since I thought that I was Having a heart attack. After I request a few times for help finally they decided to help me. The first room I went the male nurse started to give lectures telling me that I should be there early during my extreme symptoms at that moment. Then I asked for a supervisor which was provided to me. After my contact with the supervisor, I was finally helped going to Xray, brains cat scan and blood work. Then they sent me to the reception where I waited for 1 hour. The doctor came after 1 hour to tell me that they could not find anything wrong yet and that they will need to perform more tests. ! waited another hour and nothing happened. At that time, I was there for about 5 ½ hours and I was feeling better so I decided to leave. All this time I had with me the medicines that I taking in case I could be a matter of bad reaction to one or more medicines that I am taking, which I mentioned a few times to the staff to take a look but they ignored me. This hospital has a horrible emergency room in both addresses that is comparable to a 3rd world country. The staff at the registration speak most of the time in Spanish among themselves at 40100 US-27, Davenport, FL 33837, a patient visitor came and was chatting and making jokes in Spanish with the girls at the registration and all of them were laughing very loudly, which in my opinion is not a professional behavior someone expect from an emergency room in a hospital. After I left the emergency room at 40100 US-27, Davenport, FL 33837 I went to the main entrance of the hospital and I request to see someone at the administration, which after waiting for 30 minutes I had the chance to talk to a female nurse called Dita, which was very nice and she gave time to explain everything that happened to me. I am very disappointed with the services provided to me at this hospital. I have health insurance which ID card was provided to the registration all the time I went to the emergency room to both hospitals. Most of the people at the emergency room reception in my opinion should be there since to do not show any emergency medical help. The emergency room should screen the patients and help them according to the level of severity of their needs.

This is the worst hospital I have ever been to in my life I walk in to take my girlfriend here because her sickle cell was acting since last night I tell them she had all the symptoms of sickle cell and they just still proceed to have her wait in the lobby while people who are just walking in are being called to the back I wouldn’t recommend anyone to bring no one here how is this called an emergency room so inconsiderate and don’t care if your sitting out here dying. If I could give this hospital a zero star ratings I would. We been in the waiting room for 4 hours and counting.

This hospital ER is dirty & Smells like pee. Everything is old. The TV in my childs room didnt work & the toilet was out of order. We were here for 5hrs to get test results & another hr after the results came in to get discharged. Everyone is rude & gets a attitude when u ask for something. My child has feveral seizures & she had a fever of 101. It took them a hr & a half to give her motrin. It wasn’t until i complained they came to give it to her. This place aint it trust me
