The visiting hours are from 8 to 9. But nurses and doctors do make exceptions if they want to. Moreover, if a hospital refuses to let a family member stay for no other reason besides a hospital rule.. I'd find another hospital.
Not usually. But there are waiting rooms they can stay in.
