Bloggs Alot

I explained to them prior to applying that my credit was bad. However, they denied me and used some special rental credit agency. I never had any rental issues, evictions, arrests, past-due rent, etc. I had to go through extensive background checks for my job. My work history is great and my rental history is stellar. I am a professional, quiet working mother who keeps to herself. I guess despite all the positives, my credit was the deal breaker. I thought that being that it was low income, they took more than just credit into consideration. Thanks Highland for denying me after calling every few months for years to see when your list was opening up, finally getting word that it opened, gathering all of the paperwork, taking off work to stand in a long line in the sweltering heat and then another line inside, only to be shot down.

They don't do maintenance properly. Fumagating and only doing one room does not work. Bugs just go to where they didn't fumigate. They can't even properly hang a towel bar. If management doesn't like you they target you. Most importantly they don't keep their fire alarms up to code, hanging from the ceiling.
