Sorry if you have to live here. I know people that had a baby that lived here and a pigeon got caught inside the Hvac ducting inside their apartment. The bird died inside made terrible odor. The maintenance people took 3 days to do something about it. If you look around it's gross, I feel bad for the people living there , the outside looks atrocious, and their trash and old furniture scattered across the parking lots. Yes it's lower class but the management should do better for its residents

I love my big one bedroom Apt. Our 1bedroom hallways and stairwells are nicely cleaned. I dont see fights outside hardly ever and children get into things but parents are usually right there. Long waiting list usually, for 1 bedrooms.

I’ve had my car towed twice within the last 3 months I’ve been a resident here for almost 4 years . I never had a issue with towing . My car was towed both times because my parking permit fell on the floor from the mirror. The second time I’m convinced they went in my car and moved it because where I found it didn’t even make sense. This policy is rediculous 👎

Very rude and nasty people that work in the office. My husband passed away while living there and 2 months after she made me vacate the premises even though I continued to pay the rent. Upon my moving out the property manager got in my face screaming at me to leave that second. She then called the police on me. And I had to argue with her as she was locking the door on me. That I wanted the food that I just packed up from my freezer. Long run I had to pay for a second day on my uhaul. And it just cost me anyone that was helping me the first day. Long story short DON'T RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL DO YOU WRONG!!!

I've lived there but nor sure if I'm able to post publicly. Is there a way I can message you
There is a waiting list that you need to be on. But it usually isn't long. It goes by your income.
You'd have to call the office and they can tell you. Turnaround is pretty fast, though. Ask for Caryn, the property manager.
The rental office is in the complex. Simply come in and request the application. The office usually is open from 10-4 Mon thru Thurs
