I went there to get a replacement computer and the guy there (after not being helpful to a customer before me causing them to leave) was not very helpful and the offered to order a replacement that would come at the end of the month, and this was last week, so not very pleasant. It also took for ever until someone came.

This is for Geek Squad. I made an appointment for a battery replacement on a IPhone 11. The appointment was for a battery replacement. I get there, they dont have the battery and its 5-7 days to get one. What part of battery replacement did they not understand. Glad I wasted my time.

No, Best Buy doesn't refill printer Ink cartridges. I believe there is a program ( taken care of at Customers Service Desk) if you have a refillable cartridge and are part of their program at Best Buy ( not 100% sure of the name) will swap them out for you. If your not part of this program via BB, unfortunately the other option is to have to purchase another cartridge. Hope this helps you out. I found from a friend who works at the Orange Post Rd. Best Buy.

Calling the 1-888-bestbuy number would require the least amount of work. They would look up your order by your phone number and would have access to the order info to change everything. Or you could go into the store but that might take longer due to other workers being with customers either in the sales floor or at customer service
