I walked into urgent care front desk and said hello the girl at the front desk immediately said u can have a seat Ill call you when I’m ready. No hello, no direct eye contact, & no warm welcome I felt uncomfortable being there. I left and went to another urgent care.

Not impressed at all. Despite online appt, long wait just left sitting in the exam room. Unfriendly, unprofessional front desk staff. I do not recommend.

Where do I start. This use to be a great place. Had appointment walk in they ask for me to sit down ok they we helping someone. Oh wait 10 mins go by can I help you yes I have appointment. Can you please out this papers sure. Sit fill out the papers 10 mins go bye. Oh can you all so fill this out sure. Yes another 10mins go bye. Sit waiting. It been 30mins go bye. I have a room for you. Wait for it another 30 mins go bye can I take your weight and height sure. Yes we are starting the appointment after a 1and 30mins of wait. The nurse get it all started. Then yes they said the Dr. will be right in. You got still waiting 2 hours later seen Dr for 10mins. Now waiting for blood work papers and rx to fill. Let see how long it takes. Tick tok ok 7 mins. But I really can't say it the Dr it's the over load of drs not taking a lot of insurance so the walk in get over load and also the book appointment get lost were to make the appointment in what office because of the insurance

I gave them more stars because the doctor was polite and did his best to explain all possible causes for the ailment we came in for. One front staff member was professional but another seemed to be less so and made a somewhat rude comment within earshot of myself and other patients about me and my family. Professional Development and patient sensitivity training would benefit them, but in the meantime just letting them know that they are a necessary service to our community and it feels awful to be made to feel desperate.
