If you’re in need of medical care or assistance, don’t go here! Very disappointed in their lack of compassion and attention for their patients. Called Friday about receiving the covid booster shot. Was told to call ahead the day I was available to get it and that they closed at 5:30. Called today on Monday and was told to come in and that they closed at 5:30. Informed them I was coming right after work (40min driver) and they were the closest one offering the shot to my location. Came in a little before 5 that same day and was refused the booster shot. Apparently they “stopped giving them at 4:30”. Even with the multiple calls and website research, I was unaware of this yet they knew my situation. And to top it off the woman who talked to me had a poor attitude and was unwilling to help when I nicely said I called ahead. They were not even busy! As a former pharmacy clerk, the lack of customer service and help was so sad. As someone with a horrible respiratory issue, the lack of care provided for someone in need was even more sad. I support local but not this place!

I was in need of a medication that had to be filled yesterday. After another pharmacy really (safeway in colville) was terrible and rude and failed to provide what I needed even after the doctor called it in. The doctor contacted valley drug and they went out if there was to get me what I needed. They were friendly and efficient and it was right at closing time when all this happened. And the quaint country atmosphere of the rest of the store is very appealing and refreshing.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Directed me to items I needed. Maintained high standards of cleanliness and disinfecting of surfaces to prevent transmission of bacteria during these times of heightened caution. Thank you to the pharmaceutical staff for putting themselves on the frontline to ensure prescribed medications remain available to customers.
