Food and concept great..... people/staff.... horrid. How does a bartender not promote your own beers when you sit in from of it? Taps are corroded and filthy. Manager sat in corner and did zero table touches. Staff complaing about management in front of consumer. Bartender discussing why he got fired from other environments. Might wanna rethink your people bc everything else was great.

Ordered online for curbside pickup. We live 20 miles away. Got home. No frozen foods put into our trunk. Cannot get anyone on their phone. I guess I'll have to go back to straighten it out. The frozen foods were the majority cost of our order. This is taking a majority of my Saturday: sheesh!! :(

In this store ive dealt with so.e very nasty meat dept employees and this store happens to be out of a lot of things all the time. You never find anyone that can hp you. Just now i called the store and its not even busy and i hearx the announcement call for member services 7 times and then they picked up. Im so do e with bjs my next shoppi g will be at costco pending i like what i see in there. Every1 tells me to leave bjs and go to costco and sams whi h i have a free membership 2. I did have 2 stars buy you guys deserve none so I'll give you 1.
