Our family loves this place For many reasons, but mainly because of the cafe. It’s one of the only places that exists to get full and not break your wallet. The pizza is big an delicious and the sundae’s are to die for. I want to give a shout out to all of the wonderful ladies that are back there serving customers - they are always over burdened but always have a great attitude. It would cause stress for anyone with the lines and food that is ordered but they just plug away. Special shout out to Autumn for her kindness and service. Thank you ladies at Sam’s club - management please recognize not only how hard these ladies work but how well they work. If I ever win the lotto I’m coming to find and bless them

Bought 2 racks of ribs from Sam's and found worms in it. Upon returning it to the store, the customer service had no remorse or apologize for their rotten food but instead gave an attitude. Please be aware with SAM'S DELI!!!! I will be purchasing a COSTCO membership.

I had an 11:00 appointment to have tires put on my car. At 12:04 they pulled my car into the bay. At 1:00 two rims still did not have tires on them. The service employee said it would be another 25 to 30 minutes. I spoke to a manager and her response was, " they are busy, what do you want me to do about it?" This is after callinig both the tire department and customer service for over an hour on two different days and having nobody pick up the phone. Their customer service leaves A LOT to be desired. It seems nobody cares anymore.

I'm sorry to say that the wholesale chain Sam's Club has gone downhill a lot in recent years. Not only in their customer service but also in the variety of products and the supposed offers that being a member of them entails. I have thought a lot before writing these lines, I have visited their stores in different locations and on different days and times, giving opportunity to their supply line; however, I never found any of the products that Sam's Club once offered with good price competition. But today I’m going to focus especially on this store, in West Colonial Drive… Total Listerine Pledge for wood Chunk Light Tuna Bumbke Bee 4 Pound Can White Balsamic Dressing Smoked turkey breast (pack of 2) Roast beef Roasted chicken Mesquite Grilled Chicken Breast Fillets Apple & Eve Juices Artisan Golden Wheat Bread Apple granny smith Nectarines ( of course during the season) Whole blue cheese S. Pellegrino sparkling Mineral Water Vegetable Medley (Cauliflower, broccoli and baby carrots) Chicken wraps No Members Mark sliced cheese. And what is really unsettling is the terrible condition of the carts: it is disturbing to hear them screeching everywhere. In addition, they are not always stationed at the entrance, but you have to go around the parking lot to get one that customers leave in the wrong places. They are some of the many products that were never found on their shelves again or, when they replace any of them, it happens rarely and in quite limited quantities. When asking the employees, they simply don't have answers because they don't know the situation of the company. In addition to having a very unfriendly attitude with customers. To a large extent this is the responsibility of the managers and their lousy motivation methodologies. The prices of this chain stopped being competitive a long time ago. And, to finish my observations, the bathrooms stink and the cafeteria is not enough for the demand. By the way, I ordered a deluxe pizza slice and the cashier told me, "We haven't had deluxe pizza for a long time because we don't have the ingredients." All things considered, paying for an annual membership and shopping at Sam's Club is by no means a pleasant experience, let alone a satisfying one. Visiting their stores just to buy fruits, salads, water or sweets is preferable to going to any supermarket.

I Have been there many times, haven't seen any one without a mask. Maybe not six feet but close to it
Not sure. Try googling it
I am not sure about senior hours. I am 60 & went later in the day ..around 3:30..after doctors appt and they were not crowded at all. People there were using safe distancing & mask. Anti-Bacterial wipes handed at door. I'm immune compromised and felt safe & used my own safe distancing safeguards. Stay safe have a blessed day😊
