It took a lot to get my Dad to agree to go into the assisted living. Right up front he was invited for a luncheon and a tour. He met some fellow military guys, upon returning home he started packing his bags. Once at Vitality he loved all the staff and loved the food there too. There was a welcoming committee upon his arrival. Vitality Staff was awesome!!, Kimberly the Executive Director, was always attentive to any concerns or needs, Tracey was very helpful and was a point of contact when Dad first arrived. Between her and Kimberly things went very smoothly when he first arrived. It was a blessing because I live in another state. They also were able to recommend a mover for me. It was a flawless move in experience. Once there it was apparent that the entire staff cared about my Dad and my Dad loved it. Dad use to call everyday and report the great meals he had in the dining area. Dad loved going out on trips with the transportation people and he loved the entertainment they had at the facility from time to time. When my Dad began to decline, my calls and interactions with the staff became frequent. Kimberly, Chelsea the night nurse and Robert the head nurse at Vitality were wonderful and I could tell they truly cared about my Dad and I knew he was in good hands. I can't forget Alice at the front desk whom Dad would talk to everyday. Probably talked her ear off, she too was very helpful whenever I would call in. Mario in transportation and Phoebe who came before Mario, were instrumental in getting my Dad to and from appointments and were very kind when I had to give them last minute changes. I would highly recommend this place to anyone's family member needing to transition to an assisted living facility. Again, my experience was a wonderful one, even when Dad got sick, they made things much easier to handle. Thank you Vitality Staff for making my Dad's days happy and pleasant. Also thank you all for your kindness and patience whenever I had to navigate a difficult situation. Photo was the day my Dad has his tour and luncheon prior to moving in. Look at the smile on his face.

If I could give zero stars I would, My grandmother stayed at this nursing home and it was a horrible experience. She was a fall risk patient, but somehow always alone behind closed doors, which resulted in multiple falls that lead to her death. As a healthcare worker I understand falls happening here and then. But not five times in a month. She was not being given the care she deserved and especially for the price. In addition, her ring was taken and it felt like no one tried to search for it for us. On top of all of this my papa had to rush to get everything moved out as they wanted her room cleaned out two days after her death. Highly don't recommend this nursing home to anyones loved ones. Very understaffed and they should be shutting down. Do not care for their residents or the families. I seen my grandma a handful of times while she was in this nursing home since I live in Michigan and each time her brief was absolutely full and through her pants. It always got all over the car. And one night when she did have an accident the feces was left all over her room for more than 24 hours. Someone had just thrown towels over it all. horrible.

I was suddenly responsible for my grandmother’s care in January 2021. She is 83 and suffers from dementia. Lori went above and beyond in helping my get my grandmother placed here. I absolutely could not have done it without her. I knew nothing about ALF’s and locked memory care. She walked me through everything step by step. The staff at Pine Lodge is AMAZING-so patient and so kind! The communication between them and myself is excellent. I know my grandmother is receiving the very best care that I cannot provide. So thankful! My grandmother often invites me to lunch because the food is so good – and free! She says she hasn’t paid a dollar for it! (Dementia kicking in.. she thinks she is at a restaurant!) I have the utmost respect for Ms. Beverly and the girls at Pine Lodge! Jennifer at the main lodge is so kind! Since my grandmother has been here, I have not worried about her once. Peace of mind is so settling. Thanks guys! I truly appreciate ALL of you and your hard work! We give thanks to God always for all of you, constantly mentioning you in our prayers. 1 Thessalonians 1:2

New to settling Mom in at Atria. I have found the staff to be great. I've had problems to conquer and the director has gone out of her way to help even talking to me on her day off from home. We still have a ways to go but I'm getting plenty of help and give it a thumbs up. Thank you!

Depends on the floorplan and location, building, etc. Call to talk with a sales person and tell them Phyllis referred you! (My mom will get a referral fee. 😊)
All the employees I spoke with were at least 45 and up. If that helps.
