Denise in the office is super amazing and attentive! She gets things done so quickly and the property itself is truly immaculate. Antonio is also courteous and gets repairs fixed in a jiffy.

I think the new management is great been living here for about 6 months now havent had any problems and the manager is very nice seen may be 2 or 3 bugs since i moved here i dont think is infested with roaches they come to your house for pest control of course if u live dirty you will have roaches is florida and left over food and dirty dishes and stuff like that left out will attract roaches

I recently moved to Lake Wales because of work and I love it here. The management is GREAT! Everyone is friendly and the apartments are nice and clean! It appears Carillon Place was able to get the previous filth out and quality people back in. I think I'll be staying here for a while. I would definitely recommend this complex to any interested parties.
