OK so we went into Dillard's today , looking around for shoes for my brother. The employees were staring at us as if we were stealing. And not only that 3 of them came up to us. This is ashame , when you can't even go to a store and shop. We felt so uncomfortable. You should be lucky people still want to come to this store and even the mall. Your prices are so expensive. I will be making a complaint to your corporate office, we would never take anything without paying, we were taught better then to steal.....

Definitely go to Dillard's, the employees treat you like a queen. They will get you different sizes if needed , while you stay in the dressing room. Also take you to other departments and introduce you to the person working there. The service is absolutely amazing

This particular store maybe in an isolated location on a dead beat mall but the quality of mens clothing and customer service is superb! Great line of Ralph Lauren clothing and more extensive inventory than Macys. The staff is very friendly and helpful with personal care. Their exclusive shoe brand FLAG LTD is actually the best confortable shoe in the industry and reasonably priced. Check them out !!!

This is my favorite Dillard's store. The associates are wonderful, kind, and helpful. I find more here than I do at a larger store. I wish the mall itself weren't in disarray but I am glad Dillards has not left.
