Professional, polite (Yes Sir, etc), on time, cleaned up after their day-long work, and a pleasant surprise in today's environment of technicians doing the least possible delivery of product. And, Mr. randy is not only a great professional, he goes above and beyond the duty call to respond any time of day or night to requests for help with the AC/HVAC.

Ridge came out once another company try to take advantage of our elderly father. When called Randy came out immediately. He went above and beyond to help our dad.
