The lady in the front desk ask to my husband is he want someone in spanish, but she never say, went you say yes, you need wait a lot of time (we wait more 2 hour) is no fear. In one Hour I go again to the front desk, and say no matter is in spanish or english. We wait one hour more. That look they are racist. In two times I go to the front desk, and talk about the time and we can go with any atendant, spanish or english, they ignore me and more time we need wait. Bad service.

Says i was last here 7 years ago, and I was, but I was also here yesterday and today. Although wait times are way longer than they used to be and glitchy software did cause some delays, the people here make the difference. The front staff (Stacy, Michelle, and Janet) often went WAY above and beyond for anyone who came in, whether they could be helped by the back office or not. These ladies have customer service down to a science. I am beyond impressed. And Debbie in the back office went out of her way to assist through computer glitches and stupid questions from me. My only complaint is with the other customers: please, if you have to do business with the tax collector's office, have YOUR information ready. It is not the agent's job to look into YOUR assets and YOUR history to help you. This is your responsibility, especially of one has multiple assets. These entitled people hacked me off, but the staff was always calm and again, going above and beyond what they should have. Thank you.

The wait time is ridiculous over an hour wait. After having to make an appointment last month. You think if you made an appointment. Once you check in. You'd wait a few minutes then get seen. I'm overly upset that the process is broken. If you plan on just randomly choosing people to see different departments then at that point. There is not any reason whatsoever to utilize making appointments before arriving. Just have it the way it used to be. Walk in grab a ticket and wait.

I Was treated very kindly and politely by most of the staff there. All you have to do is be patient come prepare with the right paper work and listen to instructions. An appointment does speed up the process and makes things go smooth. But also we all need to be more understanding of these poor employees who deal with all types of customers for hours. sometimes without breaks and most times understaffed for the amount of people that keep moving into the state. We all want to be in and out quick but sometimes is just impossible.

Yes you can just go to polktaxes.com
Yes, they require the Medical certificate if you're transferring or renewing your CDL, or if you had a new physical and need to update your electronic file for compliance. They don't need the long 5-6 page form with your health information, just the signed certificate itself. I just transferred from out of state so this is accurate as of 01/25/22. I had to schedule an appt, but that's because I needed a new license, you may not need an appt if you're just updating your file however, always check with the Office staff first.

No. Passports are done by the US State Department and handled by mail.
I don't know the different classifications of driver's licenses. Everyone that I know with a motorcycle took a test to obtain a license to drive a motorcycle. Whether it's one card with applicable letter classifications, or two separate licenses, I don't know. I would call or research this through their website, or find someone who owns a motorcycle in the State of Florida. Also, a motorcycle dealership should know about licensing since a person has to have a valid license to drive away from their lot.
Their website has information for all locations and the services each location provides.
You can make an appointment through their website or you can call.
Most States allow tags to be mailed in. You have to call to get the address that's designated for receiving tags. It's probably a P.O. Box located in the capital of Florida.
I don't know for sure, but I would imagine that since the licence is authorized through the State of Florida, you should be able to re-qualify through any State agency authorized to issue the licence. The best thing would be to call and find out directly from the agency closest to you.
Since debit cards are allowed, I assume credit cards are a valid form of payment. This business may have a card usage fee that's added to what you owe when you pay by card.
Website may have that information or you could call.
It varies depending on why they were suspended.
From my understanding, the State that issues the license are the only ones that can renew it. Florida handles Florida. New York handles New York. You can have an eye test in any State, and take a copy of the records with you. Also, some States allows you to apply for a special extension if you're out of State when your license expires which just extends the expiration date.
No you can go online set up appt for road test. Bring registration and insurance for the vehicle you will be testing in
Not if it was suspended. You have to pay a fine first. Otherwise yes you can as far as I know.
The hours of operation is located on their website or you can call the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV.gov).
CDL license is different than regular. My best suggestion is to call them or visit their website.
Take with you proof of your permanent florida residente. A bill with your name and address and pay a fee.
Bike tags are different sizes from car & truck tags. Otherwise yes pay the taxes transfer fee and get the sticker for 1 or 2 years
You would have to ccontact them or try to file online. They might have that info online.
Yes they do. Tags, tickets, New antes, taxes etc.
Yea the do I.D. and DL
