I never needed glasses before so I had no idea what to expect coming into Visionworks. Jennifer helped me find the most gorgeous glasses and was honest about the quality of some brands over another (and whether is was worth the $$). She pulled up my vision plan and we went over it together so I knew exactly what was covered. I wouldn’t have had such a wonderful experience without her help!

90$ for a contact lense fitting but not the right information up front and you have to wait to see the doctor for almost 45 min. The worst part is employees hide or make up excuses for being busy. One of the male salesmen was complaining about wanting to be home and how busy they were - in front of customers! The plus side was the doctor was very friendly and efficient. But they wouldn’t let me pay or leave until they filled my prescription, but I haven’t even ordered from them yet. It made absolutely no sense. It blows my mind this place has so many great reviews. Find another place to get your glasses or contacts.

Vision works staff are amazing very helpful and create a very friendly environment thanks to all the staff that work there! The doctors are just as exceptional especially Dr.Muniz she was truly awesome and the exam went fast and felt really thorough. Just got my glasses and I couldn't be more happy with the results the vision is perfect and the fit is spot on after a lil adjustment.
