I have been trying to make contact with anyone from YFA at this point and have not been successful. 37 phone calls, emails, texts and not one response. All I am trying to do is obtain my daughters prescription glasses and medications from the Shelter. This is after having an appointment scheduled to obtain them and no one was there at set time. Any number listed sends you to a voicemail system.

They let your kids just walk out and run away. They don't take it seriously when told kids are going to run away and lie to parents about it. I wish I'd have never sent my kid.

Caring staff, counselors, and supervisors. New Beginnings can have some annoying and strict rules though.........would recommend if youth is going to be there for 2-4 weeks max. Any longer, I would not recommend.
