My mom moved into Magnolia Gardens back in December and I haven't seen her so happy in quite a while. The people are so friendly and Edie, the office manager, has been amazing to work with. She bends over backwards to make everyone feel welcome. They have fun activities for the residents which keeps my mom quite busy. The building is located in an ideal area of Brooksville which makes shopping easily accessible. It is truly a great place to live.

My mom is a resident at Magnolia Gardens. She loves it here. I’m very impressed with the manager Edie. She is a caring & compassionate person. She goes out of her way to help the residents. She does luncheon’s, bingo, holiday festivities and much more. It comforts me to have my mom living here. I would move here if I was looking for senior living.

I've been living here since November of 2019. My apt is spacious and geared toward the over 55 population. The building is secure with a buzz in feature. There are pull cords for 911 in each bedroom and the livingroom. There are 6 grab bars in each of my restrooms. Edie, our building manager, makes sure our building is spotless and bugfree. Edie is always willing to help the residents in any way possible. The neighbors are congenial and a number of them gather in the lobby most afternoons. We have holiday luncheons and other community room gatherings. Our community room features a kitchen, counter, bar stools, tables, sofa, club chairs, a large screen tv and a pool table. I transitioned from a condo in South Florida to Magnolia Gardens and have no regrets. Thank you Edie, for all that you do to make living here extra enjoyable!!!

I visited my mother who is a resident over the holidays and what I found was a very clean, beautiful apartment complex. The residents seemed to be very happy. They were gathered in the lobby visiting with each other when I entered the building. When I mentioned how great everything looked my mother told me it was because of the management. She said Edie does a very good job of caring for the residents and the building. She also said she is very happy living at Magnolia Gardens and doesn’t want to live anywhere else. This makes me very happy and takes a load off of mind because I do not live in Florida. Thank you Edie, to quote my mother “you are the best”.

Really, I have a friend that lives there and she loves it. Apartments are small, but very nice, especially for one person.
There is no rental assistance except for Section 8 and that has been closed for quite a while. Pets are allowed and there is a $300 deposit required and $15 dollars additional per month rent.
Don't know never adopted a pet
