Yes they do, with the typical pet deposit except if it's a companion pet with a medical doctor prescription at least I think.... We have cats and many people have small dogs and one family had an actual female German Shepherd... Honestly though these apartments and apartments in general are just not big enough for dogs like a German Shepherd. Dogs like that and with that size deserve to live in a home that has a true yard even a full acre...
