Got in quick with chest pains. Initially got checked out quick, then sat and waited in the hallway for a few hours, before moving to an exam room. Once in the room, they kept me updated well.

Ok. Couldn’t find the entrance for the ER. I had a bad burn on my leg and fingers. They took me in pretty fast even with the waiting room with a lot of people. Otherwise I probably would have waited a lot longer. The sign said 3 min for the er. That’s was wrong. They only took my blood pressure and not heart beat or pulse. The Dr was nice, although when on was in a QR chair she kept asking for me and asked if I was in the waiting room when I was right in front of her. Nurses were just doing their job no nice chit chat. The dressing on my leg fell off. Not very impressed. I was referred to a Dr for a follow up that has awful reviews and was once arrested. Don’t think I’ll be back there again. The nurse at the desk was very nice.

Went in with a sore knee. Was handed a knee immobilizer and MD said"Its easy to put on". Really? So I hobbled out to my car carrying the immobilizer. Once home took it out of the bad. Guess what. Wasn't even the right size. So disgusted with the lack of care in Healthcare.

NO Patient confidentiality, you can hear everyone's illnesses. The ER called my dad's name 3 times and he was already having his x-ray. The ER Dr ordered a CT of his spine and it was cancelled, no one knew why. so I asked the DR he finally said talk to your Dr if he wants a CT scan he can order it on an outpatient basis. They took an x-ray instead.
