Higher than normal prices and tier increase will cost you more than expected. Customer service representative "Lisa" immediately cut me off with me an "excuse me" and was downright rude. If your water bill was $180 dollars without any plumbing issues wouldn't you be concerned and want some answers? Don't expect any help.

Your ignorance is amazing. Instead of sending text or email to the Aloha Gardens residents to BOIL WATER you have a mobile sign on 19 and Sunray???? in your case ignorance is not bliss. what about the people who are self quarentining? What about the people who aren't going to Sunray and 19 to get the warning??????????

What a joke... A 10yr old has a gofundme page set up better than their archaic system. Print out an application and mail it to them with a voided check? Seriously. I also had an emergency water leak which they responded to 24hrs later. When the tech arrived he promised no service calls were made to them. Then the operators tell me to fax them an explanation of repairs. Two weeks later, no correction made to the bill. Just a near $3 charge to debit pay my bill. The other comments are definitely accurate about the water quality. The water just corrodes the first layer of skin. Flint Michigan wouldn't take it!

Worst water company ever. The last bill I paid was 2 weeks ago, my next bill is due in 2 weeks and I come home today with a note on my door saying “your water has been shut off due to a past due bill” I called the after hours number to tell them it was a mistake and that I have a receipt for the bill I just paid and they refused to come back to turn it on because it was an hour past closing time and “it was not an emergency”. I then called again, and got a very rude woman who hung up on me. I then called for a third time, and got told I would have a man call me back about getting it turned on, and never got the call. It is now 10pm and I still have no water to cook dinner or bathe my toddler. This is absolutely ridiculous.

When employee flushes lines in neighborhood who pays for all that water?

I do not work for US Water, but I am in the water/wastewater business. Flushing lines is required by the state for various reasons at certain intervals. The water is not "paid for" by anyone, but is accounted for & reported to the state through annual water audits. You can google FAC 62.555 if you would like a detailed explaination.
