I am looking for a 1 bedroom rental for January 1 to April 1 . Do you have any? What is the cost

I just moved here & I love it. It's quiet and well maintained. The ones who give bad reviews are probably the ones who don't follow the rules or have been evicted. It's a 55+ park.

You need make three time the rent. And both parties have have income. 36 +30 is the application Fee and that for back and credit checks. Iam waiting for approval

You have to be at least 45y/o and live with someone 55+. I've lived here for 8-9yrs and have no plans of ever moving. I love it here. The manager is sweet and maintenance man Mark is beyond super!!

It includes water, lawn mowing & trash.

They constantly change prices,I don't recommend this place, especially if you want privacy, neighbors are nosey

You would have to call the park to check on private rental availability...lot rent alone is high so I would not expect a bargain..also 55+

Not true. One must be 55 & spouse can be under. Who did you talk to? Cynthia Mathews is the manager.

Try looking up Kingsley Management? I've heard that they are very hard to get a hold of.
