Spent hours on the phone troubleshooting a 16000gallons in 11 days bill. Told me we had a time and date set up. Completely lied. Called today, not on the list for today. So thieves and liars. Awesome so excited to be paying you for my water bill for my home for the next 30 years. I truly hope that this company goes out of business and that someone better takes over because the government is terrible at helping people. This is a prime example.

The worst company ever to work with!! I sold a home on May 9th and they say I started service on June 30th. Who would start service on a home 2 months after they sold it?? They still wont send me my deposit back and say I owe until July 1st for water. I get a different answer every time I call.

Not even worth one star. There application has the wrong email. You can’t go there. When you call they give you the wrong email and then turn the water off despite you trying to give them money to start a new service.

Betty, If you are asking when you can safely consume unboiled tap water after receiving a boil water notice, the answer is you should continue to consume only boiled (or bottled) water until notified of the 'all clear' by FGUA. If you are asking how long a time you should actually keep the water boiling before it's safe to use, you should keep the water at a rolling boil for a full minute. That jumps to three minutes for folks at elevations of 6,562' or higher.

The flush and burn is performed once or twice annually depending on water quality in the distribution system. Actually there have been 2 complete system burns since January of 2017. One in August of 2017, and again in February of this year. The next burn will be conducted in January or February of 2019.

Fgua is the water company. You should be able to call the power company and ask them if there is still service. I would start with either Duke energy or Withlacoochie river electric company. Good luck!
