I originally dealt with Arthur years ago, then Andy and now David and now the employee Mark. I am still very happy with this company after all these many years. I just had them do window and screen work at my daughter's home and Mark did a fantastic job. The people that answer their phones are very courteous and they do get back to you and alert you to their visit times and any info that you need. Just a tip to you David, you better keep Mark with your company as my daughter and I think he is an excellent worker and if keeping him around means a raise then give him one, as knowledgeable, courteous and get the job done workers like Mark are hard to find. Having Arthur Sailer Window Repair come to work on my sliding glass doors was one of the best decisions I ever made. The cranky old sliders were barely operational now they glide like a butterfly without the sting of a bee. I have already scheduled them to come back and repair the rest of my ancient windows and make new screens. Recommend to anyone that wants old windows to operate like new. When I called to get an estimate with Arthur Sailer Windows, Warren was out quickly. His estimate was similar to another company in town. I chose AS because of all the high ratings online. It took 6-weeks to get our window glass in and installed, and Warren and Mark worked 45-minutes to do ALL the install work. They were incredibly fast & efficient. Very professional company, they returned my call, scheduled an appointment and updated me that they could come sooner. BJ was the technician and looked at my broken window and 4 other windows that were not working properly. He looked at everything and gave an estimate first. He was accommodating, looking at the window and fixing the one by my computer before my meeting. He was able to replace the window that had been broken for awhile very quickly and was on his way.
