Maybe when someone tells you they have an amazon return, thats not packaged you won't let them bring it all the way inside on the scale and showing you the QR code before you get snippy and mention that "You have to box it yourself". Maybe.. Just maybe you can warn people at the door instead of during the checkout process. Thanks

Above and beyond. I walked in last week to send back to California a multitude of sentimental estate items Some of which were antique cut crystal and a very large carved wood pelican. I left the items for packing and couldn’t be happier. Everything arrived on time and wrapped and boxed perfectly.
