I've had poor experiences with Amazon returns at the UPS stores in Bradenton, so I decided to try one I'm Sarasota. Huge difference! Polite, friendly, & efficient. Even with 3 seperate returns I was in & out! I'll come here from now on.

On April 4th we took a large package to this store to be mailed to one of our customers paid $460 to make sure it would get there on time and in a few days after a couple of weeks we got an email from our customer asking about the shipment because she did more get her package and wanted the money back when we went back to the store to find out what has happened we saw our package is still there asked the employee she didn't know anything about she said the owner is on her way and told us to go home she will call us we went home nobody called us went back to the store the owner was still on her way!!!! We asked to talk to her all she could say in a very nasty and unprofessional and rude voice” I don't know what happened this is my store I don't have to answer anyone takes your package and go “we took out the package to another ups store shipped it overnight it cost us $1300 just to make our customer happy unlike this “OWNER”

The most incompetent store and organization I have ever met. Ordered a print job for 10 pieces of documents. They don’t answer there phone, they don’t do print jobs, they don’t give refunds after I already paid for the print job and didn’t receive it. Absolute disaster at this location. Avoid at all costs.

We have come to this store a handful of times lately and Tina has been such a big help. She’s so kind and patient and is a gem to talk with as well. Thank you for the great customer service and lovely experience getting our returns made and packages sent!!
