Assistance at the store was helpful, however the wait for the (2) chaise lounge chairs was beyond frustrating, as they were delayed for 1 1/2 months per the initial time of arrival that was supplied to us at time of purchase. Leaders had a very difficult time getting the manufacturer to respond to inquiries relative to the whereabouts of the chairs. This made it difficult for us to have any faith in when we would be expecting to receive the chairs. We continued to wait for the chairs and we are certainly enjoying them, however it would have been pleasing if Leaders would have perhaps delivered them to us, or offered some sort of proactive concession for the extended time that we had to wait, however that was never offered. 3 stars being given as we are enjoying the product, 0 starts in being able to obtain them.

Bruce was great, gave us a practical solution to our patio needs. We had delivery within one week when many places said 12 to 15 weeks. He showed us the quality. The set we bought was the same as the one that had been outdoors at their show room for 3 years and survived Florida sun, hurricanes and wind!

Purchased throughout the years several pieces of outdoor furniture from Leader's, never had an issue. Most recently, purchased patio set in July 2018, which we were told had a five year warranty. We are having a couple issues with this set, screws coming out, coffee table is saging\warped in middle, with some discoloration. The sunbrella umbrella stitching is coming apart. The sofa frame is also warped and wobbly. I called Leader's sales manager, she was very nice and forwarded my request to warranty devision. I spoke with a lady named Vanessa who asked me what is the problems with the furniture, that she could not see in the pictures. I also sent a video. She said she would send a screw for the coffee table, and that Maguire Wax was needed for the surface of the coffee table (This was never told to us during sale, and none of the other end tables have this issue). Then she said the sofa is not under warranty, as it was sold as is. This was never told to me. She then sent me a receipt that stated that ONLY the sofa and coffee table were sold as is. Keep in mind, this receipt was not signed or acknowledged by me. After several phone calls back and forth, with them asking me to "trouble shoot" and move the sofa around to make sure it was on a flat surface, they then stated we would make an exception, that they would repair it only if I bring the furniture to them. I don't have a truck to bring this furniture there. We have spent thousands of dollars on this set. It has only been 2 years since purchase, I call to get my WARRANTIED furniture repaired, and all I get from the company is an offer to mail me a screw. I feel like I am being screwed by Leader's Casual Furniture. Buyer beware, they boast on the quality and warranty for their furniture, but after you purchase, you are on your own.

We looked and looked for furniture for our lanai and Leaders was the place we should have gone to start with. The choices are amazing from furniture to fabrics. We spent a little more than we originally wanted to, but once we saw the furniture it was more than worth the price. It is well made and will last a life time. I would recommend it to everyone looking for good quality at a fair price. The staff was so helpful when we were making our choices and even moved things around so we could see how they matched. Our furniture arrived on Saturday and it is amazing. By the way we ordered and it was ready within two weeks. So excited to enjoy our new lanai make over.

Mrs. Whiting, Yes we can replace Tropitone slings. Come into your favorite local showroom and they can help you select a new fabric. We never sold Brown Jordan but we do make custom replacement cushions with our Perfect Fit program. Bring in your measurements when you come in to select a fabric for the slings and we will be able to help. Measure the overall length of the back and seat seat laid down flat. Measure the length of just the seat, measure the width, measure how thick you want the cushion and we will be good to go. Thank you for asking.
