I visited Baycare for an exray after a fall, thinking the facility would be efficient, professional and clean. Instead, the staff ignored patients needs, sat chatting about their personal lives, filling up the lollipop baskets and rolling their eyes making remarks anytime a question was asked. After 3 hours, I was next, but was I next? A girl who just arrived 10 min before with a UT infection was called ahead of me. By then, I was ready to loose it. Fast forward I was sent home without results and told to wait for a call, which came the following afternoon. Miserable experience with Miserable people who hate their jobs. Even the PA was a freak with greasy hair and gum disease. They wonder why people use the ER.

I went to Baycare because I was sick. I registered & noticed there were only a few people there prior to my arrival. But also aware they could have scheduled appts, people also walked in so not sure how long I would have to wait but didn’t think it would be all that long. Well to my surprise turned out it turned out my wait time was a lot longer then expected!! I did try to schedule an appt online but couldn’t, but after all said & done, it was good he took me in because 3 hrs later I walked out w/3 rx for acute bronchitis. I know they were short handed that day, another reason for the long wait. The couple times I’ve been there everyone has always been very nice! Thank you Dr Silver …

When you don't feel well, the last thing you want to do is walk in to a doctor's office and be greeted by an unfriendly receptionist and then an impatient doctor. When I went in to Urgent Care the front office staff was friendly. The medical staff, x-ray tech and doctor were great and it's great to be listened to by your doctor. I highly recommend!
Eight Phases
During my visit on 3/15/22 at 4:30pm, I was able to hear the two receptionists sitting at the front desk laughing at patients during my visit in the waiting room. "Did she really think throwing the paper at me would magically make us accept her insurance provider?" When I had to ask for clarification about questions I was being asked as part of the registration process the receptionists were extremely reluctant to answer questions or read what was displayed on my phone, repeating "Everyone has to do this." and "Usually people bring someone along to do it for them." I would have happily completed the registration paperwork online at home, but the website would not allow me to fill it out for the day I needed to be seen. I was diagnosed with acute bronchitis and during this visit was I having difficulty breathing and was measured with a fever of 101.4 I don't know if I can trust this location again.

You should call to verify. Even the phone greeting lists the hours differently. Currently they are open M-F 9-6.
Sorry but I don't know
Yes, they charge you a certain amount, I believe.
No
I am not sure. You need to learn to meditate and never ever ever watch the news. I haven't watched the news in over 30 years. Research Abraham Hicks and Bob Proctor on YouTube. I have been living a stress free worry free life since 2012 thanks to Bob.. Enjoy your Happy day keep smiling life is Awesome!!
No
I didn't have a co-pay when I went. Guess it depends on your medical coverage
They do
Yes I think so
$150 I think.
I know your post is 2 months old but I figured I'd reply just in case & to help others 😊 Personally I prefer & have always had HMO's you don't have to pick 1 primary Dr, like w/a PPO. With an HMO you list a primary but your not "stuck" w/that Dr, also w/a PPO you can only go to Dr's w/in the PPO network, if you don't you pay more out of pocket. HMO's give you SO much freedom, visits (co-pays)/treatment are cheaper, you can go to specialist w/out a referral 99% of the time etc The best way to get correct specific information would be to call this place & for pro's & con's of HMO & PPO, go online & research or call your ins company so they can explain.
