Uncoordinated, slow to respond and uninformed. If you're in Livermore then you're stuck with them unfortunately. They have an exclusive contract with the city. If you're in an unincorporated part of Livermore then find a different debris box company and be sure to inform them that it's unincorporated territory and therefore Livermore Sanitation has no exclusive rights to service the address.

The trash guys are very vindictive. If you accidentally put your trash cans to close or perhaps put an extra bag on top that might stick out just a little they will take your can or break the lid off or forget to dump it! They do this kind of thing over and over! So now we started a neighborhood watch and put up cameras!

The website was ok, but I'll add more when I actually visit the dump itself. Now I actually visited the location. The reason for going to the website first was to book an appointment to take household electronics paraphernalia that we'd built up over the years. So, I took a whole bunch of stuff over there; the way that the dump people have set it up in these days of social distancing is that you stay in your car, they reach into your trunk and haul out whatever's in there; then you say "thank you" from behind your mask; then you drive away. Done. Goodbye to that DVD recorder that I bought 19 years ago, still works but is now surplus to requirements. Goodbye to various bits and pieces occupying space uselessly for many years. I'm not sure what they do to recycle all this stuff, but I don't begrudge the people doing it. Good on them!

I have found Livermore Sanitation to be incredibly responsive - I have requested online both garbage can replacement (mine was cracked) and an extra cub pickup and they respond asap. Then schedule for same week. I have been more happy with their service. P.S. Not sure why all the poor reviews. Yes, garbage is expensive but that is because there are just too many of us and people generate a ton of trash - where does everyone thing that trash goes? Limited resources people.
