My ear was itching & blocked with wax buildup. I couldn’t hear well & was driving my family nuts with “what” ? Called Stat Med & there was only one person ahead … so rushed over. Waited 15 mins & was called in ~ receptionist , nurse and Dr Connie were knowledgeable, efficient, polite & put drops in ears~ both ears she irrigated ~ Marsala the nurse told me every step, being sure it didn’t hurt ~ I didn’t pay up front , my insurance was billed… A+ … clean & masked too 👍

Unlike many urgent care facilities, I was able to make an appointment! On a weekend! (Other facilities were going to make me wait hours in my car on a hot day) . The staff was very efficient and friendly and very knowledgeable. The medical professionals on staff that day were great. Very experienced, very well informed, knowledgeable and took the time to listen and to explain and to provide detailed care. I would absolutely recommend. It was a bit of a drive for me but worth it as nothing closer was either 1) open or 2) had wait times of less than three hours They worked with the CVS to escalate the prescriptions. En Excellent experience considering how miserable I felt.

I needed urgent care on a Saturday. My experience, staff very efficient caring and professional. Testing was done right at Stat Med and was treated quickly and able to start my treatment. The Dr was very thorough and compassionate. I highly recommend Sat Med Urgent Care!

I’ve always had great experiences with STAT, but yesterday was exceptional. I have a special needs soon, who needed Covid testing prior to being seen because of fever and sore throat, the staff was Amazing with him I don’t remember the medical asst name she was so patient with him and Loren the PA was outstanding with him.
