My experience at thw deli sandwich area was horrible. Sandwich was slap together with pure laziness or dont give a dam about customer care and experience. I will not eat from this location again.

At this Safeway, online orders have horrible fill rates! 2 out of 5 of my online orders were more than 30min late! I drove across town to the other Safeway and received a 99% fill rate from a brand new employee on his first day. On time too. I prefer ordering online for double gas points($.70/gl), but I am now rapidly looking at having to shop in store.

Fresh fruits and vegetables are not up to par. Confused as to why put seafood salad in a bag, instead of a cup or a bowl. Fix those two things and the stars rise. Store is clean and well lit. Customer service is average.

STAY AWAY from this Safeway bakery. Always short staff, I’m seeing this since many years pick up of cake takes minimum 2 hrs. Many times I left without cake have to go somewhere else
