Extremely rare to find guest parking here and management will perform acts that are arguably vandalism by putting semi-permanent stickers and/or towing. Response to management reply posted on behalf of a friend (due to exceeded character limit): “This individual was parked in a clearly marked Fire Lane” – Untrue, according to CVC Section 22500.1 such fire lanes must be clearly marked “Fire Lane”. Management was not only incompetent about marking this but also is not knowledgeable about laws that they wrongfully take it into their own hands to enforce. “Blocking several cars” – Untrue, see screenshot attached. Compare average size of parked cars compared to area that was allegedly “blocking” the lane. “For significantly longer than his claimed 5 minutes” – this justifies vandalism of my car? If an officer pulls you over for speeding but doesn’t want to give you a ticket, he has the right to smash you mirror? In effect the same result in both the hypothetical and actual situation – window was damaged unjustly “Though his vehicle was subject to immediate towing, as a courtesy, he was only issued a warning decal” – towing would have been perfectly fine, however such as decal is unjust as it damages the vehicle. Even tow truck companies would never damage a car like this “A mature individual would simply accept that they broke the rules and were penalized for it - accepting responsibility for their error. However, this person appears to believe his absurd excuses justify his bad behavior.” – this is comical as I had calmly and kindly requested management to remove the sticker that they placed on. This was when the manager started having attitude. A mature manager would simply follow the laws instead of maliciously damaging a guest’s car with such a sticker. However, they seem to be defending something they know they should not have done, and is distracting from the issue of vandalism because they are trying to brush their mistake under the rug. Seeking justice is not petty, shame on management for criticizing those who take the time to share their true experiences with about a business, where reviews are discussed. “In any event, for those of you visiting us, please remember that when you come on to our private property you are subject to the rules and regulations of our condominium complex.” – maybe if you had followed the law (by towing) instead of taking matters into your own hands with the vandalizing sticker? Security footage – I have a dash cam contradicting your security footage. However the issue is wrongfully putting such a damaging sticker on a luxury car, whether it be 1 second or 1 day. Get more guest parking.

The monthly assessments are variable depending upon which unit you are talking about. If you are an owner, you will have received the annual documents specifying the amount your unit will have to pay.
