Dear Toyota, I would like to let it be known, I was extremely happy with my sales transaction. I brought in my previous truck in for a recall, and apparently the one I’ve been dreaming of, came in on trade that night. Sales Representative Brandon Collins reached out to me, and we pretty much had everything handled via phone by the time I arrived and dropped off my rental that they courteously provided due to my old truck needing to be in shop overnight. The sales process was absolutely fantastic, no complaints. It was a spur of the moment purchase, so he made sure to go out of his way to keep my previous truck there for a night to swap my belongings over the day after, so Brandon not only helped me get into my desired vehicle at a fair exchange, he took the personal measures to make sure that it was convenient. Regardless, I am extremely happy with my new vehicle and the sales process I dealt with, would highly recommend dealing with Brandon Collins and would absolutely deal with him again.

His customer service was great, he was such a pleasant guy. I drove 3 hours the next day to get my car, William made sure to come greet me. I cannot begin to express how thankful I am that I decided to go to Courtesy Toyota of Brandon. The moment I entered and was greeted by Shobhit Jain, I was treated as if I were one of his own. Shobhit Jain, and the entire staff at that dealership, from sales, to management, to finance, to service appoint for my tints, just completely went ABOVE AND BEYOND to meet MY needs. I cannot emphasize enough the difference it makes when your sales person LISTENS. Shobhit listened and did not push me for what I didn't want, but pushed to make what I wanted happen. They gave me an incredible trade for my car and an amazing deal to drive out in my brand new 2022 Corolla SE!! Thank you SO MUCH Shobhit and staff for making what usually could be a stressful process such a smooth and painless experience. 10 out of 10!!

Depends what you've gotten done so far. If youve completed zero recommended services you should be due for your 25k toyota care service (oil change, tire rotation) the replacement of your cabin/ engine air filter and a balance/alignment of your tires.
As a customer I did see a few mini vans, 4runners and I did make a new car purchase
