Very happy to update my review. One of the best Driver come first companies I have been with ever. Everyone is nice and helpful. Company does monthly and quarterly bonus. Best health care with 3 different scales so affordable for everyone. Works around your home schedule to make sure you are living live we. 401K and other bonuses. Couldn't ask for a better Company to be apart of. Actually wake up happy to go to work everyday.

Truck # S2316 in Tampa Florida, needs to learn Road Rules IF NOT SHOULDNT BE CDL DRIVER.....driver stopped in the middle of traffic to cross over an intersection, almost caused two accidents! that’s illegal..... had traffic backed up. Pictures will be posted as proof and an example of WHAT NOT TO DO.

You guys need to keep your trucks in the right lane and not exceed 55mph. Your drivers are doing 70+ in any lane on I4 with sand + gravel flying everywhere, it’s criminal.

I have a great photo of a driver from Soil Tech Distributors texting and driving in heavy traffic on I-4 today. I'm pretty sure that could mess with the status of a CDL.

Around 700 average net pay. Could be less or more depending hoy many hours including saturdays.
