Have had an account with this company for many years and have realized that if your not a big account, you get bottom tier service/pricing, we haven't seen a sales rep for about 3 years come by or even call for that matter, no point of sale material. you can literally go online and find several companies where their retail price is less than our cost. How do you build up your business if the same products you are trying to sell cost more than if you just ordered them yourselves retail from lets say a company like tirerack.com. This is why small companies are not able to survive or barely compete with the bigger companies. When I call they told me I don't have enough history for them to help cover shipping since the tires I needed were national and not local plus even though I am paying more than I would with say tirerack.com which they have FREE SHIPPING on top of that?, How can I build history if I have to buy online to get fair pricing??? and to be competitive?? Moral of the story is buy online it will be cheaper until we hurt big companies in their pocket cooperate greed will continue to be a thing.
