Day 7- My family has been terrorized for 7 days in our rat infested townhome. The management at the Carlton Arms Winter Haven have been in a downward spiral for sometime in my opinion, but their response or lack thereof has been unprofessional and quite frankly mind boggling in this matter! It took 3 days, multiple calls and me going to the office with evidence of a live captured rat in my backyard before they finally showed up. 7 days later and we still have no permanent resolution! Management has not reached out to me at all and we still have to call everyday and remind them that we still have a problem. This is not a broken dishwasher or a minor maintenance issue. We have caught 5 rats so far and we still have evidence of activity, yet nobody cares. Not one person came out today and they did not answer the phones or return my call, the holes as seen on the attached pictures are still there. I had no choice but to evacuate my family. At this point as we cannot sleep under these conditions in our own home. I'm sure the will take swift action against us if they don't get the rent check on 3/1. The safety and well being of my family should have been a priority. The first 3 years were great, but this situation is unbearable. Think long and hard before you sign a lease here. The canned response that we will get to this review will be our first interaction with management. How would you feel about that?

This place will be my new local music shop. Michael was great all all the other employees were awesome. I scooped up a Music man Sterling and a little Fender Rumble, which might I add after waiting 19 years to buy a Musicman im super pumped about, and the process was super easy and the price was right. Set up monthly withdraw on the 1st and i was grooving later that day. The shop has it all and if they dont they'll get it for ya. I loved it there. Ask a worker and they'll grab whatever ya want off the wall and youre testing in no time. You guys keep up the good work and keep taking care of your customers. We see it and recognize it. It makes all the difference. Ill be back for new strings real soon. -Rick

It’s been 1 yr since I’ve moved in and I still love the place and my neighbors for the most part. My rent did go up $35 but they definitely take care of the place with new repairs often. Me and my hubby have no complaints.

There is a Wal-Mart Super Center within walking distance of our community. There are 2 Publix shopping centers 3 miles east and west of Carlton Arms. Eagle Lakes Mall is approximately 5 miles south of our property.
There are no assigned parking spaces. All parking is first come, first serve. All residents have parking decals that allow them to park in front of the buildings. We do have carports and garages available for rent.

You must register as a new user and follow the instructions to submit your payment. There is no service charge to submit your payment using the E-check option.
Pet #1 Deposit $200 (refundable, pending damages) Pet #2 Deposit $200 (refundable, pending damages) MONTHLY PET RENT – $20 per pet for the duration of the pet’s residency Temporary and/or visiting pets are not allowed. Monthly rent includes standard cable TV, quarterly pest control, valet trash removal, all maintenance and all amenities.
There are NO application or administrative FEES. Credit review, employment and residency verifications and criminal background reviews are conducted by a third party after you have submitted a completed application. We require current proof of monthly income at least 3x the monthly rent of your selected apartment.
