The workers they have here constantly misdeliver mail to the wrong box this is the third time in less than a month they have put a package that tracking say delivered in mailbox to be greeted with nothing. As mentioned above the manager is incapable of decent behavior not even 20 seconds into talking she becomes passive aggressive and plays games. Terrible post office

Worst office ever. Every day the mail is delivered incorrectly to different address. Today a package from Amazon was delivered into my mailbox - well that’s what the notification told me. No package to be found. It’s probably in someone else’s. Guess I’ll have to wait. When I called the PO - after going through an automated system that could not “hear or understand” my responses I asked requested to speak to an agent. Hold time was 35-55 minutes?! I’m so annoyed & feel very put out that myself and my neighbors have to meet up at our mailboxes and swap mail. Totally unacceptable. Also, who delivers the mail @ 7:00 PM? Well ours does on occasion.

Nobody ever answers phone. Auto operator doesn’t understand what you say, more service calling India phone centers. They wonder why UPS and FEDEX are preferred and obviously don’t care about how GOOD service will want the public to support them staying open..... because if no changes happen, the private sector will be happy to fill the void.

Our deliveries are wildly unpredictable. Postman literally stuffs packages that are too large for the mailbox, I can hardly get them out. My front porch is about 5 steps away. It actually seems like it would take more energy and time to cram the package into the mailbox vs walking it up the porch! Numerous times, I will be waiting on an important package, that doesn't show up..so when I check the tracking info on line, it seems the delivery person has coded it "Delivery path, not accessible", which I find odd because the rest of mail was delivered that day. We have also found packages in our carport? Which makes no sense. They also leave heavy packages Right. In. Front. Of. Our. Door. making it hard to open the door. Every week I get someone else's mail...so I wonder who is getting mine? Saturday delivery is the worst...packages that are "out for delivery" according to the online tracking, never get here until the following week. I got a PO box because of these trust issues and I still getting other people's mail there too.
