Beware of purchasing your new home build with Park Square Homes! They only care about selling as many lots as possible and not getting their purchasers under the roof they bought. We were originally told 6-7 months for our build. We’re currently at 14 months with no end in sight. When we signed, kb, David Weekley and West Bay only had their models built. Now all those builders have their purchasers in their homes, not Park Square. Park Sqaure’s head builder quit about 7 months in and now our sales person is gone as well. Hopefully our Park Square nightmare will end so we can enjoy this community.

NRR residents have 24-7 access to the Fitness Center. Pool, parks, trails and game rooms dawn - dusk.
Pretty mellow and quiet, and friendly neighbors
In the neighborhood we have bikes for rent, 2 pools, Park, playground, gym, fire pits, pool table, ping pong table, shuffle board table, bi monthly events and a walking trail That is just what we have now. Later on they are adding 2 more pools and I think 5+miles of more trails, more events and a shopping center right across the street. Elementary school is across the street, high school is near by and soon they are putting in a state college. Everything you will need in one area.
That's a big question - too much to answer here. North River Ranch is a deed resticted community. Each builder receives intensive guidelines and building perimeters based on their product and the lot size. May I ask why/what exactly you want to know?
