Not so 2 day air, dropped package saturday morning for 2 day air checked tracking on Tuesday, said delivery Wednesday. Called UPS they said package picked up Monday evening!!!! Called UPS store manager said he was sorry and said 99.9 packages reach on the 2nd day and the associate always tells customer 2 day air is not guaranteed (No). Guess I'm unlucky enough to have both issues at the same time. Also pricing for shipping is obscene, shoddy service. Avoid

Christian is an amazing employee! I hit traffic coming down from St. Pete and was running late. I needed to print some flyers for an event, but I didn't have enough time to print them myself. I gave Christian a call and asked: if I send him the file, could start the printing process, so I could just run in and pay for it and leave. He happily said yes! He had a busy day and only had a few minutes of down time to rest, but he still took on my request! Easily the best UPS employee experience I've ever had and I ship things often from multiple different UPS's. Thank you once again, Christian! You saved my event!

If I could give zero stars I would... WORST SERVICE EVER! Twice now I've been there and I will NOT go back in spite of it being closest to my home. The first time they charged me for shipping a package back to Amazon that I clearly had an email from Amazon stating "Drop off at any UPS store and they will package and ship it for you"... The most recent time I decided to box up and label the return myself. Upon dropping it off I was told they would not accept the shipment because it contained hazardous materials. It turns out a VERY tiny portion of a hazmat label was still showing from the new label I had placed over top of the old box label. When I offered to open the box and redo the label, they still refused and the employee said "Once we've seen the label we can't take it." I will NEVER EVER return to this store. I'll go use the one at Lakewood Ranch where the employees are far nicer and much more customer service oriented. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place like the plague.

Yes we do. Just bring it in and we can pack and ship it.
Just get the ups return label in your email. And scan at the register to print your label and stick it on. All the work is done by them

No, however the Publics next door does as well as styrofoam coolers. The UPS Store can box the cooler and ship it that way.
